Greetings,

The Atlantian home page has a link to the Marshals page.

On the left side is a column of links.  The Senior Marshal Roster is there. 
In it you will find all the Kingdom Deputy Earl Marshals for all the 
disciplines

DEM for hounds is Lady Maire inghean Dhunchain mhic Oisdealbhaigh.  All of 
her contact info is there.
