[MR] The importance of pre-reg

Thank you, Lady Rozsa for reminding us all of
something that should be common courtesy, but is too
often forgotten. I can concur, as a sometimes
autocrat, that this Kingdom is TERRIBLE about
Pre-Regging in general and it does make it very
difficult on our event staffs and our local group's
bank accounts. 

Please, please, please consider pre-regging for events
in the future if you do not currently. It really makes
a difference!
