I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience.  Should anyone else encounter
such a thing, keep in mind that there is an escalation chain.  If you're not
getting a good response work your way up the chain:

- autocrat
- local seneschal
- regional seneschal
- Kingdom seneschal

All of these people are listed in the Acorn, both in print and on line.
Just make sure you give one level a chance to actually respond before you
escalate.  The first thing each of them should do is turn around and ask you
"did you talk to the person before me?".
