I hope it doesn't have to go to the extreme that is needed in the real world, where to challenge a law as unfair, someone has to be willing to break the law and go to trial for the purpose of forcing review of the law itself. 
 
Mrs. Parks's action was not spontaneous. She *planned* to make that challenge, it was simply a matter of the right moment.
 
I surely hope that cooler and saner heads will prevail and rescind or modify these rules before they become effective. If not, I will comply with them, though under protest.
