I will chime in and mention that there was also an IKBG competition ...
The InterKingdom Brewers Guild.

The IKBG focuses on the 'art' of making good beverages, good brewing
practice, etc. It focuses less on 'fancy presentations' and on being
documented period.

The IKBG competition is only a competition for yourself. All brews are
judged by Master's of the guild, and once you've had enough brews to be
judged at Master quality, you too will become a Master of the guild.

At the IKBG table, we had 5 cordials, 2 beers, and no less than a dozen
wine/cider/meads ...

One new Master of the guild was made, and numerous beverages were found
to be of Master (or awfully dern close) quality.

Vivat to the brewers of Atlantia & of the East!

Siegfried
Master of Mead/Wine IKBG
