[MR] Two new group seneschals

Greetings from the Kingdom Seneschal-
I wanted to take a minute to thank two retiring seneschals and welcome their
successors.

First, The Shire of BorderVale Keep:
Thank you so much to Novella the Fierce, our hard-working retiring seneschal
and welcome  to Baroness Gerhild the Willful, who is stepping up.

Second is the Canton of Caer Gelynniog:
A big thank you goes out to Kenelm Rogan who has served as CG seneschal for
many years. A big welcome to Maerwynn de More, we are happy to have you.

Please give a warm hello to our new seneschals Gerhild and Maerwynn, and a
round of applause for Novella and Kenelm.
