Actually, the term correctly is Greater Storvik Co-Prosperity Sphere
(sometimes Greater Storviki Co-Prosperity Sphere) and dates back more than
two and a half decades to my certain knowledge.  (A similar phrase was used
with regard to the Crown Province of Ostgarðr in the East in the late 1970's
as well.)

The somewhat tongue-in-cheek term played on the Greater East Asia
Co-Prosperity Sphere instituted by Japan in 1940 and generally referred to
the social and political dominance of Storvik in the northern portion of
what is now Atlantia.
