Now that we have all returned home and have had at least a night's sleep in
our own beds, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank those who helped to
make the event a success.

To all of the staff...You were fabulous. Each of you made a huge
contribution to the overall atmosphere we achieved.

Lady Ysane de la Selle kept the Gate opened later than she planned so people
who arrived a bit later than planned could check-in.
Lady Gracia Esperence de Sevilla and her staff who made an absolutely
delicious, documented meal that just kept coming.
Lady Elspeth MacAlpein for staffing the Newcomers Point though it made her
unable to be on the field most of the day.
Lord Eogan MacAlpein coordinated the merchants who vened their fine wares at
the event.
Lord Christopher MacConing skillfully carved and cast the site tokens.
Mistress Anna Ridley donated her time and efforts to embroider the tourney
prizes.
Mistress Clare de Crecy cooked a wonderful lunch for all attendees.
Lord James of Middle Aston both heralded and marshaled the tournament.
Master Aedan Aylwyn traveled from Caer Mear to help marshal.
Lord Gaston du Valmont served as both the Field Coordinator, a Defender of
the Field, and built three reviewing stands to help add to the day's
festivities.
Lady Rosalind Delamere ran the A&S competitions and also helped to build the
reviewing stands as well as served as an inspiration for Lord Gaston as he
took the field.
Lady Guinevere de Monmarche put her talents to fabric and clothed their
Majesties in the fashion of the Burgundian court.
Lord Andreas de Caunteton made sure all the fighters and spectators had the
water they needed in the bright, sunny, nearly 80 degree weather.
Lady Phillipa Tillinghast and her staff smoothly checked-in the fighters and
ran authorizations.
Lady Luisa O'Reilly sent hospitality baskets for the restrooms though she
had surgery just 2 days before the event.
Lady Mariana de Salamanca and her volunteers kept the children occupied with
a dizzying array of crafts and toys.
Lady Lyneya Alein decorated the hall in the colors of the event and covered
the modernities to create a medieval hall.
Each person who attended the workshops prior to the event helped added color
and pagentry to the day.
The Challengers and Defenders each took the field and honored their
Consorts, their Barony, and their Kingdom. Your efforts are greatly
appreciated.
Their Excellencies of Windmasters' Hill, Maddalena and Geoffrey, fashioned a
new wardrobe, spent time away from their daughter, and agreed to portray
Margaret and Charles.
Their Majesties of Atlantia, Ragnarr and Anneke, traveled from their home
and provided tokens and inspiration for the fighters.

A special thanks to my setup and cleanup crews which included Lord Benjamin
of Elvegast and his lady, Lady Tessa de Spina and her husband, Kat, Lady
Ysane, Lord Christopher MacConing, Lord Malcom Boru, Lord Andreas, and Lady
Lyneya Alein.

And, a huge thanks to Lord Malcolm Boru. Lord Malcolm came to the
workshops, camped, ran errands as requested, and spent a large chunk of
Saturday doing books. He came to the workshops before the event, was there
to help setup and cleanup, and will help to close the books on the event.

Finally, for my husband, Mestre Callistus Gill who agreed to be my
marshal-in-charge, supported me, hosted workshops in our home, provided his
carpentry skills, and kept me going...Thank you. I could not have done this
without you.

I am sure that I have forgotten to mention someone, and for that, I am
sorry.

Truly grateful,
Adriana
