That's been true for rather a long time, a dozen years or so... 
"Stierbach Water" was a running joke back when I was still the shire 
herald, up to and including making labels for bottles. Right now the water 
is known to be working in at least two instances...

Stierbach was an independent branch (shire) from its founding 25 years 
ago. Prior to that, I can't say which branch(es) may have claimed the 
territory.
