If we define I-95 as the road that describes Atlantia (largely
reasonable, since it spans the entire Kingdom and we are a very long
Kingdom N-S but narrow E-W):

We find that the kingdom is 708.25 miles long (according to maps.google.com)

So the midpoint would be 354.12 miles along I-95 from the DE-MD Border.

That would put it 66.34 miles south of the VA-NC border, which is
right around Greenville.

(admittedly, this completely disregards difficulty driving around any
metropolitan areas, as well as distances east/west of I-95, but for
dartboard purposes, there ya go)
