For those of us who may wish to bid on Unevent 2007, what do we need to know about the site requirements?

I have never been to an Unevent (I'm been in the SCA for only three years), but I looked up this Web page:
http://seneschal.atlantia.sca.org/KingdomBids/EventBidRequirements.htm
Unfortunately, that page does not list attendance for any past Unevents (and the data on other Kingdom-level events look pretty sparse too).

We looked into my church as a potential Unevent site after we held a small revel there (107 in attendance). The church has about eight classrooms in a separate building, but it would cost several hundred dollars to rent them for a 9-to-5 Saturday event. Plus, the church parking lot holds only about 100 cars, and offsite parking is extremely limited in that neighborhood. And guess what, the congregation had planned its OWN party for Unevent Saturday months in advance -- taking up a good part of the available parking as a result.

I suppose that congregational party could be rescheduled around a rental in future years, but in the meantime, it would be good to know:
* How much rent the Kingdom can afford for Unevent (the Greater Storvik Co-Prosperity Sphere has little in the way of "free" indoor sites);
* How many people tend to show up for Unevent; and
* How many cars will need to park at the event site (which may not be the same as the number of people).

Thank you all in advance for any guidance on these issues.

Yours in service,
Lady Patricia of Trakai
Barony of Storvik
