But couldn't one of the regional deputies take over for the "other" Unevent?  And the added benifit would be that in general there would be more of each office/marshallete attend one of the two if it were closer to home.  When Unevent is more northern you end up seeing all of the northern folks, and very few from the southern end of the kingdom, and the reverse is true when it is further south.  The deputy could talk about anything the Officer has to put out, and take notes on any discussions that happen to give the Officer feedback.

If the intent is to "get the information out and discuss it" wouldn't it make sense to get more in attendance?  Ok, it obviously is to late for this year, but could be considered for next year...
