[MR] Unevent specifications?

I autocratted an Unevent several years back (Amalric and Caia's reign).
>From what I recall, there were about ~200 attendees, not all of whom
were there all day. Folks from distant areas tend to carpool. Assume
an average of 2 people per car for parking.
There's usually 4 or 5 concurrently scheduled meetings, so you need at
least 5 rooms. Some of those meetings can get large (polling orders,
Marshallate), so you need at least one "big" room that can hold over
50. Other meetings are smaller(Baronage, Kingdom Officers, etc), so
you can afford to have one "cozy" room that can hold around 25
comfortably.
Not everyone is in meetings all day, so you need an area that can
handle socializing (I got lucky with mine, the hall was way too small,
but I got a 70 degree December Saturday, so everyone was glad to hang
out outside, don't count on being so lucky).
The Royals will need an area that they can quietly talk things over
with a small number of folks, so that's another room.
Food arrangements are important. Solid lunch time food needs to be
available *close*, because the schedule usually only allows about 90
minutes for lunch. Multiple options is better. If your site and
local group can support it, having a hot meal available can be a great
way to defray site expenses (we had chilli and fixins, and the
donations for a bowl covered our rental of the building, to within $5
at least), plus it gives folks a way to grab food quick without having
to trek through an unknown area.
If the Royals are going to have their Curia (which they almost always
do), you're going to need an auditorium type setting that can hold 150
folks. It can be as simple as rearranging your hall, or you can get
access to the sanctuary of the Church (not all Churchs allow
this...some do...check first), or get the school's auditorium.
Hope all this helps,
Gorm
