Basically, much like a University, what the site really wants is to a) be
free (or low cost) and b) have lots of classrooms.  The event really is a
day of meetings.  Like University there are usually five or six meetings
going on at a time, if not more.

To determine if we could have it at a different time of year we need to
look at the Kingdom Event Schedule

Feb - University
Mar - Kingdom A&S
Apr - Coronation
May - Crown
Jun - University
Jul - N/A
Aug - N/A
Sep - Coronation
Oct - University/Crusades
Nov - Crown
Dec - Unevent

The only months without a Kingdom Event already are July/August.  One of
those is prep for Pennsic and the other one half the kingdom is at
Pennsic...
