[MR] Public Gallery at Sapphire and Field Space

Greetings!

I have about twenty requests for field space for
Sapphire Joust at this point. There is still available
space but it will be first come, first serve from now
on. 

In addition, there will be a large Public Gallery tent
for new folks or folks that don't have thier own
dayshade close to the fields.
