[MR] Reminders For Merchants at Sapphire Joust

The following is a reminder of the rules for merchants
attending Sapphire Joust next weekend.  Please note
that the Merchant Coordinator is out of town this
weekend.  If you have any questions, please contact

 1. All merchants MUST pre-register by May 20, 2006.
There is no separate Merchant fee.

2. Merchants must specify on registration form what
size tent they are bringing, if bringing tents for
camping, and their shop name.

3. Upon arriving, please contact the Merchant
Coordinator to find  your spot. You are responsible
for setting up your own tent and wares. 

4. There is no electricity or water hook-ups available
for merchant shops. Food merchants who wish to sell
water must bring their own.

5. Merchants must park their vehicles in the parking
area.

6. Due to space constraints, merchants cannot camp
behind their shops as with previous years, but may
camp within their shop tents. 

7. Per Site Contract and County law, all Merchants
must agree to collect and pay local and state sales
tax.
