Most gentle greetings all,

To all those that have youth's that are interested or currently participating in Atlantia's Youth Combat program, there will be a Youth Combat practice, a Division 1 and Division 2 tournament held at Hawkwood's Baronial Birthday. There will also be the required Marshal Class offered for those who need to become a marshal so their local group can have their own Youth Combat activities. Much appreciation goes to Sir Axel for coordinating this happening!

So why am I telling you this? Because since I will be present, those youth who authorize have the special opportunity to receive their authorization card on the spot.

Also, I would very much like to meet with the marshals and parents that are present to discuss any and all questions, problems, issues, ideas, or anything else you might like to say regarding the current status of Youth Combat. We will arrange to get together at a good time that day.

I know that the parents of 30 youth combatants (yes, Atlantia now boasts 30!) plus those that can practice and all the marshals will not make it to this event. I would still like to hear from you, so to this end, my in-box is always open. :+) I would like to hear the comments and input of all those who have had experience with Youth Combat. I may not be available at every event or in person at all times, but I will answer both e-mail and US mail fairly promptly. Your words will be seriously considered and if you address a problem that has yet to be considered, you will be soundly thanked for bring attention to it! If you are not currently on the Youth Combat e-group, where discussions on all things YC are strongly encouraged, please contact Lady Gisele l'Orpheline, DEM Youth Combat, at ldygisele at earthlink.net at your earliest convenience.

Thank you all for your time and attention. I look forward to seeing all those able to attend Hawkood's 2nd Birthday this coming weekend, and hearing from anyone else!

Ever in service,
Adeliza
