[MR] Important Notes Regarding Sapphire Joust

Greetings, 
My apologies to those who get this multiple times, but
please forward this as you think the information might
be needed. 

First, I want to thank the people who have
pre-registered for Sapphire Joust.  The response has
been huge and we are looking forward to a wonderful
event.  

Now, I want to remind those who have not
pre-registered that a pre-registration deadline has
been set for Saturday, May 20, so that the staff may
have sufficient time to lay out camping areas. The
website has been updated with a partially complete
schedule.  I will have rapier fighting information up
within the hour and youth combat, archery and thrown
weapons up soon.  All 10 order meetings scheduled
times are listed on the schedule. The list of
attending merchants should be updated in the next day
or so as well.

Finally, all available space for merchants has been
filled. We cannot accept any more merchants at this
time.  Should we have a couple of cancellations, I
will make a note, but currently, we are completely
full up on merchants. I apologize for any
inconveniences this may have caused; we have gotten a
much larger turnout of merchants than we had last
year. If you have any questions regarding this, please
contact me at sapphirejoust at yahoo.com and not the
Merchant Co-ordinator.
