[MR] Rapier Activities for Highland River Melees - Marshal Needed

Unto the populace of Atlantia, greetings.  We still do not have a
Rapier Marshal for Highland River Melees.  There is usually a large
gathering of rapier fighters at this event.   Would someone please be
willing to step forward and handle the rapier activities?  Please
reply off-list if you are willing and able.
