[MR] A Question of Protocol

When I've had the chance to teach "The Art of Being a Noblewoman", I
generally do a part on how to curtsy (as well as walking in long skirts
and other things modern women don't normally do!).  It's usually well
received.  Perhaps my schedule will allow me to teach in October!
