In a your-mileage-may-vary kind of reply...

One bow to the entire assemblege, facing the highest ranking, is sufficient.
After all, if TRM's are there, it's _Their_ court.  Any Landeds holding
court are holding court within TRM's court and with Their beneficience.
Anybody else is just a guest of TRM's.

Same applies for Baronial court without Royal presence.
