It was published as far as it was listed on the calendar (the more
accurate term would be that it was registered).  The deadline for the
June Acorn was May 1 so the most likely reason would be that they didn't
submit their flyer on time.

Thank you all for your information.  And I apologize if I missed the
answer to my next question in all of your replies.  With all that
knowledge, then, if All Things Marshal has already been published as an
event (as it is in the April Acorn ~ my May Acorn is still in transit),
What then has made it an 'Unofficial' event?  Paperwork not in on time?
 Not enough marshals for the activities?
