[MR] Unofficial - All Things Marshal

Whether or not it stays on the Kingdom Calendar is the Kingdom
Chronicler's decision. The couple of times I had to declare an event
unofficial I would leave it on the calendar if it had already been
published (All Things Marshall was listed on the calendar in the May
Acorn) and just note it as unofficial. There most likely would not be a
flyer published though (at least in hard copy).
You are correct, there should not be a non-member surcharge.
The insurance issue was something removed from policy during my term.
It would be covered in the same way as a published fighter practice.

Well, it also means a few other things ... such as:
* It won't be on the Kingdom Calendar nor in the Acorn
* There is no non-member surcharge (correct me if wrong) since it isn't
a 'real event'.
* It has no legal backing of the SCA, hence no insurance, etc.
One interesting bit of the rules that might need updating though ...
since 6.6.3.3 below says no Fighting authorizations ... yet Fighting
authorizations can now be done at practices -- so really that rule needs
striken from the record.
