'"All Things Marshal" is unofficial.'



With an event labeled such, what exactly does that mean?  Does it mean
that the event shall not be happening?  Does it mean that all
activities there will be unofficial, therefore any prizes given will
have no official meaning?  Does it mean that any meetings that occur
will not be official?  Does it simply mean that whether or not the
event occurs it shall not be under the jurisdiction or safeguard of the
SCA?
