While Her Grace's local post office handles the final delivery of both, 
that's not where the delay is. The Pikestaff and Acorn are mailed *from* 
different places.

The East Kingdom Chronicler (a friend of mine) contracts with a bulk 
mailing firm in Tennessee -- the same firm as a number of other kingdoms 
use. The Pikestaff is mailed from Knoxville TN. The Acorn is mailed from 
Charlotte NC.
