filter -> subject contains "Atlantia Digest" -> into "Trash" folder.

This rids you of the poor-subject emails.  If everyone were to do that, the 
people who don't change their subjects would wonder why no one responds to 
their posts and then possibly start changing their subjects of their own 
accord!  Now if many people still choose to reply to said emails, then 
clearly it doesn't bother them so they should be left to their own devices.  
A simple solution; that is, assuming your email system is advanced enough to 
allow such filters.

I filter anything with ISO in it myself, as I'm easy enough to track down 
without casting the net to the list.  Mail Filters are wonderful technology.
