I am here to request that when messages tend to stack themselves in the
digest form and you are responding to them, please delete or snip either the
middle or the end of the messages where the information is not of great
importance to the subject you are writing to. Let the technology of the
email system work for us and not against us. Thank you for your efforts in
this area.

Your rewrite is making an entirely different point. I think short is
best because people are more likely to read something short and concise.
Just because a group of people can try to crystal ball my tone off of one
sentence does not make it so. Just as I am unable to gleam whether you read
my originial response off your suggested rewrite or if you just forgot
what I said in process your writing your repsone..
