I concur that those are the Original Atlantian Coronets.
 
The little spherical ornaments had a tendency to detach themselves from the coronets, which led to a joke or two about the Prince having lost his balls . . . and another about where they ended up, which I will tell you privately if you wish. 
 
BTW it was TSHs themselves who made the jokes.
