The Chatelaine's office is not the only one teaching such classes.  Check
the heraldry track also for classes about "protocol & ceremony", "protocol &
etiquette", "court for beginners", etc.  Heraldry classes aren't just for
heralds!  ;-)

Also, if you're hosting an event and would like to have a protocol or
newcomers class (or even just a field heraldry class), please contact the
Chatelaine's office or me (for the Herald's office).  We're quite willing to
travel to teach, or find an appropriate substitute in your area.
