actually authorizations can only be done at official fighter practices
so the law 6.6.3.3 is fine.  hopefully the ability to conduct
authorizations at practices will go away.  but until it does there is no
conflict in the verbiage.

Well, it also means a few other things ... such as:

* It won't be on the Kingdom Calendar nor in the Acorn

* There is no non-member surcharge (correct me if wrong) since it isn't 
a 'real event'.

* It has no legal backing of the SCA, hence no insurance, etc.

One interesting bit of the rules that might need updating though ... 
since 6.6.3.3 below says no Fighting authorizations ... yet Fighting 
authorizations can now be done at practices -- so really that rule needs

striken from the record.
