FYI for people who want to send complaints to Corporate. Again the more
people who share their ideas on how we can add benifits to Membership like
providing electronic newsletters to those who pay for the print one the more
importance this issue is given by those whose decision it is.

Mr. Thomas,

Thank you for your suggestion concerning electronic newsletters. This
is something that the Board is researching, and we appreciate your
ideas.

In regards to your concerns with the Acorn, I encourage you to report
specific problems that you are having to Renee Signorotti in the Corporate
office (800-789-7486 ext. 203). She does not have access to any of the
kingdom's e-lists, so she cannot address any problems unless they are
shared with her directly. Likewise, if you are aware of other people who
are having problems, encourage them to report those problems to Renee as
well.

The Corporate office and the Board of Directors takes service to the
membership seriously and we want to provide the best service possible.
If the problem is within our ability to correct (such as problems with
the printers or the SCA staff involved in producing the newsletter), we
will take every action possible to address those issues.

Please be aware that issues related to United States Post Office services
are beyond our ability to address.

Sincerely,

Shawn Reed, Director SCA, Inc
