Everyone who has an issue with the mailing of newsletter should write an
email or letter to the BOD at comments at sca.org. If they recieve a steady
stream of correspondance complaining and suggesting similair solutions they
may be more inclined to work on this instead of how we should banish people
ex noxium. Which is an extreme case that happens very infrequently(Which has
been discussed and changed for the last 10 years :)

PNAZI - ( Person of Notable and Zealous Intent)- Given to anyone, regardless
of title or experience, who takes themselves entirely too seriously on a
regular basis. Usually bestowed by the royalty, this is a rare award in
that a 2/3
majority vote of any large group of populous can also instantly bestow this
title on any individual. They can also take it away after the stick has been
removed and a few beers have been liberally applied.

Kingdom of Atlantia's Acorn consistantly shows up late. In the past few
months the problem has become more serious. The unofficial mailing list for
the Kingdom, the Merry Rose consistantly has people complaining about this
issue. I recieved March's Acorn in April. I find this to be an unacceptable
level of service. If I was not a branch officer I would have no qualms with
discontinuing membership.
My proposed solution:
The SCA should move from 1980s publication techniques to something a little
more modern for Kingdom Publications. Thusily I think there should be a new
membership benifit available on www.sca.org. You should be able to look
at/download any Kingdom Publication you subscribe to electronically in pdf
format. Kingdom Chroniclers should be required by reporting policy to submit
an electronic copy of their newsletter to a web site or email it to an
appropriate person. The SCA could with precision control the release date of
the information for public consumption. The possibility of getting the info
out to none members would then exist after a reasonable delay: say mid
month.
