By comparison, my third class newsletter arrived exactly when I expected 
it... The one marked "time sensitive material, please deliver by April 1st, 
2006" arrived today, May 1st.

I dunno, though one should expect to get what you pay for-- considering for 
no less money than three years ago, I'm no longer getting a Tournaments 
Illuminated; as well as not getting the newsletter until it's a full month 
out of date.

Perhaps the board may want to reconsider moving to a location with less 
overhead then rolling the savings back into bumping the delivery to first 
class mail.
