The text ... Helig en Profann I, 1000 laat-middeleeuwse insignes, by H.J.E. van
Beuningen, Rotterdam Papers VIII, copyright 1993, lists a badge for St. Rochus,
the Dutch version of the name Roche, as catalog item 327 on page 190 of the text.
This catalog item is dated 1450-1500, but it is easy to argue that if the shrine
existed earlier that pilgrim's signes were available that predate this particular
piece.
The English translation of this title "Holy and Profane."
Unfortunately the badge is in a poor state of preservation to easily identify the
iconography readily, and it will take a several more minutes for me to translate
the dutch text. I have not consulted my other texts on the subject. If you would
like me to proceed please reply.
The answer to your immediate question, therefore, is yes.
