Unto the good Gentles of Atlantia, greetings

The feast menu for  Challenge of the Heart is set in the 15th century.

Table course
	Everyday Torta
	Fruits Bread and butter

1st Remove
	Another Lamb stew from Apicius
	Frumenty (wheat base for stew)
	Compost  (root vegetables with fruit)
	Pottage of Raisons (dessert)

2nd Remove
	Chicken Ambrogio (Chicken in a wine, date and prune sauce)
	Leeks and Beans
	Orange omelet for Harlots and Ruffians (dessert)

3rd Remove
	Pies de Paris (beef and pork meat pie)
	Honeyed Vegetables (root veggies)
	Peas
	Fig cakes

I expect also to provide a day board
	Barley and lentil soup
	Cheese & bread
	Gyngerbrede

Should you have any dietary concerns, do not hesitate to contact me
regarding dishes.  Also, I will be posting ingredients at the site prior
to the feast.  I look forward to once again serving you, the good
gentles of this fair Kingdom.
