Please note these additions to the event flyer.

under cost notes - If you are paying the camping fee for overnight stay you 
do not pay the daytrip fee.

under other info - If you or your group plans on setting up a pavilion on 
the field, please let the reservationist know the size of the pavillion (do 
not worry about the ropes and stakes, we leave room for those). Please 
notify us as soon as possible so that we may set up the field.
