[MR] Trimming the Digest in Reply (was Subject Issue (was Atlantia Digest))

For all of you NOT on the digest, please delete this.

For those of you who get the digest, please indulge me
for one minute.

Imagine my surprise and consternation when I saw that
the entire digest was included as part of a reply to a
single message within that digest (again).

Now imagine trying to scroll through an old digest
that you've already read while trying to figure out
where the current digest picks up again. (I'm sure
many of you have done this, right?)

I usually end up giving up and throwing out the entire
message, it's a headache to spend that much time
trying to sort the old from the new.

Everyone who uses the digest version, Please be Aware
of what you are doing when you respond.  Almost
everyone is careful to trim their replies, but I'm
seeing more of these Digest within Digest issues over
the past year.

And Thank You to all of you who already do so.  I
apologize for having to take up your bandwidth and
time.
