I make my own punches - if you would like email me off list and I will tell you how to make them - it's fairly easy and doesn't cost a lot - normally just a little time and patience.

Try Enco and search for Arch punch.
http://www.use-enco.com
Also try Harbor Freight and their punch set

Have any of the folks who've done leatherworking seen a punch that can cut
circles out of leather? I'm thinking something along the lines of 1 1/2" to
3" in diameter (not too terribly picky here).

I'm having a tough time finding one, but I'm also known for not knowing what
search term to use. Thanks!

Greetings,

Most people don't buy large diameter punches because they're awfully
expensive. The 1 1/2 inch punch is around $75. I dug around a little and
found this site:

http://www.campbell-bosworth.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=149

I think the sizes you are looking for are on page 3 and 4. If that doesn't
work, do a search for "arch punch" and you should be able to find what you
need.

I hope this helps.

I wanted to thank the good folks of Sudentorre for a wonderful KASF,
and in particular for finding and ensuring the return of the bags I
left at the site.

The SCA is a wonderful place. I never worried for a moment that I
would not get the items back, I knew that I only had to find the folks
who were keeping them safe for me.

Vivat the dream!

Only because I have not been keeping up with all the e-mail traffic, phone is
(301) 702-2948, address is 4602 Weldon Drive, Temple Hills, MD...We have LOTS of
room...from what I hear, we will have mead, beer and cordial making going on.
We will start around 10 (if you want to come earlier, let me know...it will not
be a problem) and go until ???? As Karl says, we have plenty of beds and crash
space that if people want to take this on into Sunday, we can. There are games,
some illumination even some sewing being planned by those who brew, but not all
the time. Our animals are very people friendly as well.

See you Saturday...
