[MR] Online Awards Recommendation System

I discuss this issue with Her Highness recently and she has full access to
email and the web but is very busy and may not reply immediately.  They
still prefer all recommendations to got through the Online Awards
recommendation system.

So DON'T start snail mailing everything to them! (-:
