Unto the people of Atlantia,

I have heard a foul rumor that his Highness, Prince Michael of Bedford, does
not have access to email, and that her Highness only has access
sporadically.  If these rumors are indeed true, does this also mean that the
Online Awards Recommendation system will be a moot point during their reign,
and that letters should be sent via snail-mail?

I look forward to hearing an answer.  Perhaps their Highness's chief
retainer will read this and be available for comment?
