[MR] Welcoming the newest Atlantian and Baronling

Since it appears that noone else has made the announcement ...

I wish to be the first (at least on the Merry Rose) to welcome the 
newest member of Atlantia, and newest Baron-ling into our midst.

Penelope Faith Kriebel aka Penny arrived at 1:01pm today, she was 6 lb 
14 oz and 19 inches long.

She is the daughter of Baron Jonathas and Baroness Amalia of Dun Carraig.

Both mom and baby are doing well according to His Excellency, no word 
yet on his Excellency himself.
