[MR] alternate sources for smaller amounts of lye

A good point came across one of the soap lists I'm one
where the lady was only making soap for herself.  She
wanted alternate sources of lye that didn't require
you to buy large bulk amounts.  These are two that I
know of from memory and have used both.

 Rainbowmeadow is a more responsive supplier than
snowdrift farm but often snowdrift is cheaper.
