And the Tandy in Charlotte is just down the street from a Harbor Freight 
store.

Cheap tools at cheap prices but if you only need a tool for the average home 
owner on a tight budget it a fun place to go.  Just remember for the most 
part you are getting what you pay for.  They stock things at the harbor 
freight like milling machines to welders to air tools.  Recently they had a 
pneumatic framing nailer on sale for 80 bucks.  Not bad if your getting 
reading to make that shop you always wanted but didn't want to hammer a 
thousand nails.
