[MR] Harper at Highland River Melees

Greetings unto the tavern.  I am trying to find out the identity of
the lady with the small harp at Highland River Melees.  I know without
a doubt that it was not myself, Mistress Fevronia, nor Master James.
I suspect it may have been Brigantia, but it's hard to say.  I have a
question about the harp she was playing.
