[MR] Highland River Melees - request from the site owner

Greetings from the autocrat of Highland River Melees!  I was asked to
relay a request from the curator of the Hager House, John Nelson.
Apparently in past years there has been unloading (apparently of
fighters but possibly others) happening on Prospect Street (Virginia
Avenue) and/or people coming down through the brush off the sidewalk
that runs along the road.  Apparently there have been complaints at
the past several events by residents of the houses along the street
there of people coming down and up through those bushes.

I would like to remind people that the only entrances into the park
are over the train tracks next to troll, or down the already
established asphalt path that meets Prospect Street at the far end of
the archery field.
