[MR] Revised information for Storvik Novice Tourney Feast Fees

It has come to my attention that the event announcement from the Acorn
has a BIG ERROR. Let this update clarify the change.


The event announcement reads that there is no charge for children for
site fee or feast. This is incorrect, the following fee's are correct:

ALL Feast seats cost $7.00, for Children/Adults/ or anyone;
There is still NO charge for site fee for children under 17;
day trip Fee $11.00 for members includes Camping;
There will be a $3.00 non-member surcharge


I hope this clears things up, but if there are any questions, please
