[MR] Pennsic 36 Date Change for 2007

Public school teachers of the Known World rejoice!

In North Carolina (and other states), Pennsic has always fallen
uncomfortably close to the beginning days of school, necessitating a mad
rush home in the middle of war week (This year I'll probably miss the
field battles).
For many of us, this change means that we can actually stay until the
end.
