[MR] Newcomers Point at Pennsic -- Atlantian day

Greetings unto the ever-welcoming people of Atlantia!

As in past years, the Kingdom Chatelaine of the East Kingdom has requested
that the various Kingdoms assist her in staffing Newcomers Point at Pennsic.
Atlantia has agreed to assist our Eastern bretheren by staffing the Point on
Tuesday of War Week (August 15th) from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

I would urge all local group chatelaines who are attending Pennsic to sign
up for a 2 hour shift if possible.  I encourage all others who have a heart
for newcomers to sign up as well.  Pennsic can be a very overwhelming
experience to a newcomer, and the Point is a great opportunity to guide the
SCA's next generation.  Since it is also located in the prime real estate
near the Coopers' store, it makes a great place to hang out and drink
chocolate milk on a fine sunny afternoon.

Also, if you are a new Atlantian attending your first Pennsic, please feel
free to stop by and chat.  Your fellow Atlantians would love to meet you.
