[MR] Fall University: October 14, 2006, but where?

Greetings unto the populace of Atlantia from the Chancellor of the
University of Atlantia, Master Eldred AElfwald.

I have had several inquiries as to where the Fall session of University
will be, and I have had the sad duty to respond and say that we have
received no bids as yet (some of our prospective sites fell through).  
 

I remain hopeful that I will receive a bid sometime in the next few
weeks--especially since deadline for class proposals is going to be set
as August 28th.
