FYI:  This class will probably last over an hour, and we will examine

1.  What types of competitions occur, what is their purpose, and when  
are they appropriate? (IMHO)
2.  How do I prepare for and enter a competition?
3.  How do I  judge a competition?
4.  How do I run a competition?

(Oh my... such a TINY subject.  How will we EVER fill the time?  ha ha)
